V1 SERVICE TERMS / 02 OCT 2026
Terms
These terms explain what happens when you send a request to DoneInChina. A submitted request is not an accepted order.
Who operates DoneInChina
DoneInChina is operated by 济宁朔沃智能科技有限公司. The written scope and quote identifies the provider responsible for an agreed task.
Requests and review
Submitting a request and our initial review are free. We may ask for more information, decline a task, or decide that it is outside our legal, safety, ethical or operational limits.
Scope and payment
No paid work begins until you receive and approve a written scope and quote. That written quote identifies the service provider, price, timing, deliverables, exclusions, payment points and any task-specific terms.
Third-party costs
Product purchases, shipping, travel, testing and other third-party costs are listed separately from our service fee when they apply. We do not make purchases or incur paid costs before the agreed approval and payment point.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Changes require written agreement before extra work begins. Cancellation and refund treatment is stated in the task quote because it depends on work already completed and costs already committed.
Evidence and limitations
We report what we observed, found and could not verify within the agreed scope. We do not guarantee a supplier, product, place or outcome unless a specific written commitment says otherwise.
